1. Service
This app provides AI-powered generation of product descriptions, SEO content, tags, and image alt text for your Shopify store. Content is generated by third-party AI providers (for example, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic). We do not guarantee accuracy, legal compliance, or fitness for a particular use.
2. Credits and payments
Usage is metered in credits. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. One-time credit purchases do not expire unless otherwise stated. Refunds for subscriptions are subject to Shopify’s and our policies.
3. No refund for consumed credits
Credits already used for AI generation (via third-party APIs) are non-refundable. If you request a refund or chargeback, we are not obliged to refund any amount that corresponds to credits already consumed. Unused prepaid credits may be refundable at our discretion.
Examples of non-refundable usage include (without limitation): running bulk generation over hundreds or thousands of products, enabling automatic generation for new products, or any other use where AI calls have already been executed on your behalf. Shopify or your payment provider may process a refund at their sole discretion, but we do not reimburse amounts that correspond to credits already used.
4. AI-generated content
All generated content is provided as draft only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing. You are solely responsible for ensuring that published content complies with applicable laws, platform rules (for example, Google Merchant Center), and does not make false or misleading claims (including health, legal, or product claims). We are not liable for any loss or claim arising from your use of generated content.
The app is not intended for medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. You must not rely on generated content as professional advice, and you must not present it as such to your customers. If you operate in a regulated vertical (for example, supplements, healthcare, financial services), you are responsible for obtaining appropriate review and approval before publishing any AI-generated text.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the app for illegal purposes, to generate harmful or deceptive content, or to abuse rate limits or system resources. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
6. Termination
You may uninstall the app at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service with notice where required. On termination, your right to use the app ceases; provisions that by nature should survive (for example, liability limits and the no-refund rule for consumed credits) remain in effect.
7. Technical limits and abuse prevention
To protect system stability and prevent abuse, we may apply additional technical limits on usage, including per-minute or per-day limits, especially for new or trial stores. These limits are primarily designed to protect the service and other merchants. If you encounter a limit that blocks legitimate use, please contact support and we will review and, where appropriate, adjust the limits for your account.
